What shipping company do we use?
Currently, all orders are shipped via USPS. Electric Mods ships domestically and shipping times may vary depending upon your location. We do not have expedited shipping options. Given that each hat design is custom to your liking, we quote, but do not guarantee, 14 days for domestic delivery.
What about shipment delays?
Please note that orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our direct control. Once your package arrives to USPS, we cannot control the length of time necessary for USPS to deliver. If you wish to check the status of your package once it is in transit, please contact USPS directly with your tracking details. USPS estimates, but does not guarantee, expected delivery dates which could vary. We do not handle inquires requesting tracking updates as that is handled with the courier service.
What if your package is missing or is damaged?
If USPS marks your package as delivered, but it was not received, please contact USPS for details about your delivery or to file a claim. Electric Mods is not responsible for packages once they have been transferred to USPS.
In the event your order arrives and is damaged, please e-mail email@example.com within three (3) days of receipt. Be sure to include your name, order number, brief description of the issue, and a clear photo of the item in question. We assess these issues on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
