It’s been a minute since we last wrote a blog post. To kick things off, we’re going to share what’s new on our platform. First, a quick intro into our platform and what we do. Electric Mods is a visualizer for modifications to electric vehicles. We have built a digital 3D library of parts and a wrap & PPF catalog. You can preview these mods instantly, save your design, export your design, and when you’re ready, make it real.
App Updates
1. Remix – Remix allows you to use a published design from our gallery as a baseline. No more starting from scratch unless you want to.
2. Wrap & PPF Filter – No more browsing through finishes you know you don’t want. If you want to see only gloss wraps, you can see only gloss wraps. If you want to only see PPF, you can see only PPF. The wrap & PPF library automatically applies the filter upon selection.
3. New Mods – Our mod library is continuing to grow. We’ve added new mods for the Tesla Model Y, Tesla Model Y Juniper, Tesla Model 3 Highland, and the Tesla Model 3.
4. Interior – This feature is currently only available for the Model 3 Highland. You can change the color of your seats, dash trim, and console. There aren’t many apps that have this feature but we do.
5. UI – It’s important for us to make sure we’re improving the app performance as well as usability. We’ve made changes to the layout to allow for easier navigation.
